O2O marketing: Online-to-Offline marketing

Online-to-offline (O2O) marketing and commerce combines online
and offline business strategies to get people to leave the Internet
and go to a store. These methods are used by businesses of all
sizes to link their online and physical stores. If you know how
O2O sales work, you might do better in a marketing, retail, or
sales job and help a brand make more money.
In this video, we explain what “O2O marketing” is, talk about
some of its benefits, answer some of the most common questions
about it, and give you some examples to help you with your own
marketing efforts.
What’s O2O?
O2O is a term used in marketing to describe how online sales
strategies and in-person shopping affect each other. People often
use this term in online marketing strategies that try to get people
to buy things in a real store.
Online-to-offline can also be used to describe when a customer
places an order online and then picks up their goods in a real
store. This can also happen when someone buys something
online but returns it in a store.
